Suggestions
Lectures tend to peter out after a few posts, admin posts at that. Solution: finish talking early. and also possibly have something planned as a backup. LEctures aren't really great for interaction, because you're not supposed to talk during a lecture. Post the lecture in the first or second post, or at MOST third post, and then open the rest of the thread up for socialization.
Don't wait for everyone to arrive to post after your first post, especially if you've only had the candidates/weyrlings called in your first post. If you wait for everyone, you'll never get another response. Wait until you have a few replies, or wait two days, and then post again.
These were originally created for a pern game I ran called Mystic Ista. Since then, I've put them in a few places. A lot of these were suggested to mystic ista members, and hte point of this list is to be a huge list full of idea seeds, so I take no credit for any of these, even the ones I came up with. :3

:bulletgreen: If you feel like contributing, please do! just contact me (ideally through email, but any mode of contact words) or comment here and tell me some ideas to add to this list! I would be happy to, and I hope it continues growing forever~

This list is pern specific, though you could possibly adapt this to other games, maybe. Obviously some of these ideas may not be good for every game or every weyr or every clutch-- some are more suited to specific games or noncanon games-- but feel free to adapt ideas as you see fit.

All of these ideas are free to use! Please, by all means, do so. :3 you need not do anything in return. If you feel like doing something in return, either give us some more ideas or pass this link around. More ideas means more fun lessons for everyone!

Thank you to everyone who has contributed.
